Sales Executive - With Telecalling

As a Sales Executive focusing on telecalling, your role will involve identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads using research, databases, and referrals. - Initiate and manage outbound calls, presenting our products/services persuasively. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits. - Customize sales pitches to address individual prospect needs. - Engage with potential customers professionally, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year of total work experience and 1 year in sales required - Language Skills: Proficiency in Assamese and Hindi preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
