Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online/offline channels, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Contact prospective clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits.
  • Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and legal documents.
  • Follow up with clients and address queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for booking and registration.
  • Maintain client data and sales reports.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in promotional events, expos, or marketing campaigns when required.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work on weekends and travel for site visits.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
