Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

The Sales Representative has to manage a set of outlets and is accountable for the following :

Correct distribution and proper presentation of our company brands according to the standards set from time to time.
Implementation of promotions,
Selling in of new brands and SKUs.
Ensuring proper level of stock and stock rotation
Sales targets as defined by the company.
Manage distributors/ dealers.
Identify newer avenues of business
Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstandings
To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance.
Ensure Brand Basics of brands across all channels

Key Responsibilities

Within a designated area of coverage, visit the outlets according to the visitation schedule agreed with the supervisor
To ensure that outlets carry the prioritized portfolio of SKUs
To ensure that outlets maintain sufficient stock levels (on shelf and in storage) to sustain the expected pace of sales
Merchandising in the outlets as per set standards
To handle product and trade complaints in a professional manner
Sharing market feedback with supervisor.
Accuracy in Reporting.
