Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic collaborations.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to foster loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide training and support to partners on product offerings and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
• Prepare reports on partnership performance and present findings to senior management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
