Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with the ability to communicate effectively in English . This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. If you are passionate about building relationships and have experience in telemarketing or using Salesforce software, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Engage in telemarketing activities to promote products and services effectively. Utilise Salesforce software to manage client interactions and track sales progress. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Skills Proficiency in both English is highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse client base. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment. Experience in telemarketing or similar roles is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and followed up on promptly.
