Jewellery & Product Management: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market demand. Ensure accurate pricing, stock replenishment, and product display strategies. Coordinate with the inventory team to track stock movement and prevent shortages or excess stock. Store Management & Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor customer preferences and market trends to drive sales strategies. Train and motivate sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Foster strong relationships with VIP customers and enhance customer retention programs.
