Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi Job Type: [Full-time] Experience Required: minimum 3 yrs Salary Range: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 50,000 Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products/services, generating leads, and closing sales to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Keep records of calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and market research Key Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to travel as per business needs Preferred Skills:Local language proficiency Experience in [FMCG/Real Estate/Banking/Automobile/Telecom/etc.] (customizable) Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance (if applicable) Career growth and training opportunities Supportive team and work environment shift time -10:30am to 7:30pm week off - Sunday
