Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for communicating all brand-related stories to customers and engaging prospects in discussions and activities on Royal Enfield bikes. Your primary focus will be on vehicle sales, including receiving web inquiries, understanding customer requirements, providing information, inviting customers to the store, booking test rides, and ensuring a warm welcome and comfortable experience for customers at the showroom. Conducting need analysis, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to create a unique product experience for customers will be essential. You will also update customer details on the DMS in real-time, facilitate test rides, check for finance requirements, and cross-selling opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process and manage the post-booking process, including confirming vehicle receipt, allocation, invoicing, delivery scheduling, insurance requirements, and process insurance.
