Dear Candidate,

Real Estate Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

  • Conduct "propertysite visits and property presentations for prospective clients.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Negotiate pricing and payment plans and close deals efficiently.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8 months of proven experience in Real Estate Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven with the ability to close deals independently.

  • Gurgaon real estate market

  • Comfortable with site visits and client meetings.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Real Estate Sales experience in Gurgaon location

  • Female candidates only
