Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

    • Identify potential candidates from relevant data and counsel them to get them enrolled.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and students needs.

Product Knowledge:

    • Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, educational standards, and competitor offerings.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM softwaAnalyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
    • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the content development team to provide feedback from clients and suggest improvements.
    • Training and Development:

    • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.
    • Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.

    • Counselors should first understand the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each student.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the educational sector or with educational products.
  • Strong understanding of the education market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Skills:

  • Experience in educational sales.
  • Knowledge of educational standards and curriculum requirements.
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role.
