Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, showcasing projects, and driving property sales to achieve assigned targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up, and convert prospects into sales. Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients. Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, financing, and legal requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
