Role & responsibilities

• Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers

• Understand customer needs and demonstrate the product accordingly
• Have sound products technical knowledge
• Should have sound convincing and negotiation skills
• Keeping themselves updated on product knowledge and other sales schemes.
• Must be target oriented in revenue & units on monthly basis with a go-getter kind of attitude
• Improve conversion rate through up selling and cross selling of products
