Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

Tourmax Destination Management Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and passionate Sales Executives to join our growing travel and tourism team in Thrissur. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA freshers or graduates who want to build a career in the booming travel industry.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, explaining domestic and international tour packages, following up on leads, and converting prospects into bookings. You will receive hands-on training, access to quality leads, and support from an experienced operations and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead data.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable domestic or international tour packages.
• Send itineraries and pricing through WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
• Follow up on hot leads and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize bookings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team-based sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA / BBA freshers or any graduate with a strong interest in sales and travel.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a bonus).
• Passionate about tourism, customer service, and travel destinations.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and MS Excel.
• Friendly, confident, and result-oriented mindset.
