Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers for car loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers. Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process. Collect and verify KYC documents, income proof, vehicle details, etc. Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams for loan processing. Track and follow up on loan applications to ensure timely disbursal. Maintain relationships with car dealerships and generate business leads. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Cross-sell related financial products like car insurance or top-up loans. Handle post-sale customer queries regarding EMI, repayment schedule, or loan account status. Provide accurate reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and conversions. Required Location:- Hathin (Haryana), Solan (Himachal Pardesh), Jaisalmer (Rajasthan), Dausa ( Rajasthan), Mandi Gobindgarh/ Rajpura/ Nakodar (Punjab)
