Job Description

Key Responsibilities Understanding Client Profile & Product. Understanding Client Profile & Product. Identify, pursue, and convert B2B sales opportunities, focusing on government and corporate tenders. Track and manage tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) and generate leads from market research. Coordinate with technical teams for proposal submissions and client presentations. Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements Fresher - 1 Year of sales experience, preferably in tender sales or B2B environment. Knowledge of tendering processes, portals, and documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Salary: Competitive and negotiable, with no bar for experienced candidates in the tender industry.
