Position: Sales Executive – Team Leader

CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive – Team Leader to manage a sales team, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The role involves team management, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Acquire new customers through direct and team-led sales efforts.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training/coaching.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
