Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting solar products and solutions, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and providing technical guidance on solar energy systems. Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders Educate customers on solar solutions, savings, and ROI benefits Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Coordinate with technical teams for project execution Stay updated on solar market trends, products, and competitors Preferred Candidate Profile: Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering Prior experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or power sector Proven ability in B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and negotiations Strong analytical skills for energy savings & ROI calculations Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and proposal preparation Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively Local market knowledge and existing client/vendor network will be an advantage
