Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at our Kalyan Nagar office.

The ideal candidate will confidently pitch our IT and digital services to potential clients, handle inbound leads, and contribute to the company’s growth through strong communication and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales
• Pitch Syntellite’s IT services, digital solutions, and automation offerings to potential clients
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals
• Maintain CRM entries, track lead stages, and prepare weekly sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets
• Build positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Present the company professionally in all communications and interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (IT, digital services, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to understand client needs and pitch the right service solutions
• Strong follow-up discipline and result-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
• Confident, presentable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
