Job Title: Sales Executive – Commercial & Industrial Solar Location: Jamshedpur / Ranchi Experience: 1–4 Years Salary: ₹23,000–28,000/month + High Incentives Education: Graduate (Preferred: B.Tech, BBA, B.Com) Role Overview: Responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting commercial/industrial customers (25 kW to 1 MW+ solar rooftop systems). This is a techno-commercial field sales role. Key Responsibilities Generate B2B leads (factories, hotels, hospitals, etc.) via field visits and networking Meet decision-makers and assess client energy/rooftop needs Coordinate with design team for proposals, ROI/payback analysis Pitch solutions, handle objections, and close sales Maintain leads and follow-ups using Zoho CRM Travel locally for client meetings and site visits Requirements Strong field sales/B2B experience in CAPEX products or solar preferred Own two-wheeler & valid license Fluent in Hindi & English (Odia/Bengali a plus) Self-driven and target-oriented Benefits Incentives based on kW booked and milestones (up to ₹30K/month) Reimbursement for mobile/fuel Product & sales training Fast career growth opportunities
