Sales Executive Snacks (MT)

Role Objective

To manage and grow sales across modern trade and premium supermarket outlets in Nagpur by ensuring correct placement, stock rotation, timely reorders, and payment discipline, while maintaining the premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 30–40 modern trade / premium outlets
• Onboard approved new outlets as per company strategy
• Ensure correct SKU placement, visibility, and FIFO rotation
• Take small, frequent reorders based on actual sales movement
• Monitor expiry dates and proactively manage near-expiry stock
• Coordinate in-store sampling and basic promotions
• Ensure adherence to agreed payment terms and collections
• Share daily visit reports, stock photos, and order updates

Targets & KPIs

• Average billing per outlet
• Reorder frequency
• Stock freshness & expiry control
• Payment compliance
• Quality and accuracy of reporting

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years experience in FMCG / modern trade sales
• Exposure to premium or food categories preferred
• Strong discipline, honesty, and follow-through
• Comfortable with structured reporting and accountability
• Own two-wheeler preferred

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
