Job Title: Sales Specialist – SME Segment Location: Gurgaon Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience: Prior experience in SME sales, showroom amenities sales, or sales to small firms and hospitals preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the SME sector, including small businesses, showrooms, and hospitals. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential SME customers including showrooms, small firms, and healthcare institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Present and promote company products and solutions tailored to customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SME sales or related industries (amenities, equipment, supplies). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage field sales.
