Job Description
The Tele-caller will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through company-provided leads, explaining product offerings, generating interest, and coordinating follow-ups for the field sales team. The role is ideal for disciplined, well-spoken individuals who can manage communication professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with leads provided directly by SMI.
• Introduce and explain SMI’s product categories clearly to potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for further sales action.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer support preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a polite, confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and time discipline.
• Basic understanding of hardware/building material industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with whatsApp, Excel or CRM systems.
• Must have a stable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
