Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, site visits, digital marketing, etc.).
• Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide clients with property tours and assist them through the entire sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
