Sales Executive - Shipping and Logistics

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding with a strong focus on finding new customers and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. The role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on performance-based earnings and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify, approach, and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services
• Drive sales for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and road transportation
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups
• Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales
• Strong ability to generate new business independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding services and trade terms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
