Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Generate leads and onboard new clients for scaffolding rental and erection services

·        Meet with contractors, site engineers, and builders at project locations

·        Understand client requirements and propose suitable scaffolding solutions

·        Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals

·        Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth coordination with site team

·        Achieve monthly targets for sales/revenue

·        Track market trends and competitors

Requirements:

·        2–3 years of B2B sales experience (construction, scaffolding , or rental services preferred)

·        Strong communication and field networking skills

·        Knowledge of scaffolding types (H-frame, Cuplock, etc.) is an advantage

·        Comfortable with field travel and working from project sites

·        Self-motivated and result-oriented
