Role Overview:

Healthcare & Skincare Sales Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration, is often required.
  • Experience:

    Significant experience in B2B or B2C sales within the nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, or pharmaceutical industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities Area:

  • Generate new business

    by building strong relationships with industry partners and facilitating the placement of products within corporate organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans

    to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively

    through well-prepared proposals, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

    ; track primary and secondary sales; monitor inventory movement and reorder levels.
