Sales Executive / Sales Manager Logistics

As a Sales professional in our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions will be key to your success in this dynamic role. - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain domain, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, express, 3PL/4PL. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations. - Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently to contribute to the company's goals. - Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to meet client needs effectively. - Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools for efficient tracking. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility. - Ensure timely collections and adherence to company's credit policies to maintain financial stability. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3-8 years of experience in sales/business development within logistics, supply chain, or related industries. - Existing client network and market knowledge will be advantageous in this role.
