Sales Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Executive of Agriculture Tools based in Nadia, your role involves customer visits to understand their requirements, project estimation, and formulating techno-commercial proposals. Networking with influencers such as dealers, sub-dealers, consumers, farmers, and project consultants is crucial for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Gather project information from various resources and convert it into enquiries. - Prepare estimated offer sheets and read various tenders to identify suitable opportunities for the organization. - Organize checklists before participating in tenders and follow up with clients for new business. - Conduct market scanning to gather a suitable database and promote the brand effectively. - Engage in client follow-ups, organize influencers meets, and provide daily progress reports to your immediate manager. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of sales and marketing methods. - Strong presentation, negotiation, convincing, and customer service skills. - Presentable appearance to represent the organization effectively. Experience: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture Sales. - Technical competencies include commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, product knowledge, and market segment understanding. Education: - Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred. Competencies: - Excellent convincing skills and ability to meet targets within set deadlines. - Team player capable of thriving in a competitive market environment. Location Preference: - Candidates from Malda, South Dinajpur, Murshidabad, or Nadia are preferred. Salary Range: - Monthly in-hand salary of 12k-15k plus incentives, TA, DA, and other benefits.
