What You'll Do

Build and grow dealer/distributor networks

Engage contractors and masons through demos & site meets

Drive secondary sales and ensure visibility at counters

Track market insights—pricing, schemes, and competitor activity

Maintain beat plans, call reports and CRM hygiene

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years in building materials/FMCG preferred

Strong field discipline & communication skills

Two-wheeler and readiness for field travel

Passion for construction, adhesives, and making things stick.
