Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Sales Executive (Showroom)

Location: Anywhere in India

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager

About the Role:

Automotive Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them throughout the sales process.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on budget and preferences.
Conduct walkarounds and product demonstrations, explaining features, specifications, and benefits.
Accompany customers on test drives and answer all product-related questions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
Assist customers with paperwork and guide them through the financing and registration process.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment and ensure vehicles are presentable.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
13 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
