Job Description

An Sales Executive in the general trade for a gas stove company will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing sales operations within a specific geographic area.

This includes leading a team of sales representatives, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring product visibility and availability in the market.

The ASE also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for gas stoves in the general trade channel.

Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives, providing training, performance evaluations, and support.

Distributor and Retailer Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting, order processing, inventory management, and reporting.

Product Promotion:

Ensure effective product placement, promotion, and merchandising at retail outlets.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to senior management.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Budget Management:

Manage sales expenses and budgets effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Any Graduate with more than 5 years of experience. Age 25 to 35 years.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or home appliance industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Proficiency in sales reporting and analysis tools.

Knowledge of the general trade channel and market dynamics.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary will not be a constraint for eligible candidate
