Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Patna. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will also be required to maintain relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and stay updated on market trends and property values.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property values
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
