Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Summary: Responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showing properties, and closing real estate sales. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Generate and follow up on leads •⁠ ⁠Conduct site visits and client meetings •⁠ ⁠Promote property listings •⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close deals •⁠ ⁠Meet monthly sales targets Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Experience in real estate sales preferred •⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills •⁠ ⁠Goal-oriented and self-motivated •⁠ ⁠Own vehicle and valid driver’s license •⁠ ⁠Basic computer and CRM knowledge Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Weekly off - Monday / Tuesday
