Job Description: We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end real estate sales operations – lead generation, client meetings, site visits, deal closures. • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. • Coordinate with digital Platforms like Magic Bricks and offline marketing teams for effective property promotions. Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
