About the Role:

Infinity Learn, with a 99% customer retention rate and a growing learner base across the Middle East, is hiring a dynamic Retention & Upselling Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue from existing users. You’ll handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of programs like Robotics, Coding, HOTS, and JEE/NEET Foundation for international students.

This is a Hyderabad-based IC role, focused on the GCC market (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures

Identify and convert upsell opportunities based on learner behavior and needs

Cross-sell programs such as Robotics, Coding, HOTS, and subject add-ons

Build and nurture post-sale relationships with parents and students

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Achieve monthly revenue targets from renewals, upsells, and cross-sells

Use LeadSquared CRM to manage pipelines, track performance, and maintain data hygiene

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in renewals, upselling, inside sales, or account management

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Customer-first approach with consultative selling ability

Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments

Experience using LeadSquared CRM or similar platforms is a plus

Background in edtech, SaaS, or subscription-based models preferred
