Job Description

Company: Ramson Heaters Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Industry: Industrial Heaters & Heating Solutions
Experience: 1–5 years (Industrial/Manufacturing Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
Visit customers, understand their technical requirements, and suggest suitable products.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Prepare and share quotations, follow up on orders, and close deals.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales reports and customer data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales (industrial sales preferred).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand basic technical/engineering concepts.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at planning customer visits.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
