About the Role

We are looking for a Proactive Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Skyla Collective. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other business channels.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property tours, and presentations to promote company offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track leads.
• Assist in creating sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and documentation.
• Represent Skyla Collective at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality sales / hotel sales / corporate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of local Hyderabad corporate markets and travel trade.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
• Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
