Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within the hospitality sector. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or service industry. Strong network within hotels, restaurants, or tourism sectors is an added advantage. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel as required.
