Job Description

Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by proactively engaging with prospective and existing customers
Build trust with clients through professional communication and consultative selling
Interact confidently with customers to understand their needs and requirements
Communicate product details clearly and effectively in Hindi and English
Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable solutions accordingly
Convince and guide clients through the sales process to close deals
Maintain regular contact with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
Provide post-sale support and address customer queries or concerns
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities
Ability to accurately understand and assess customer requirements
Prior experience in sales or customer interaction is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,508.89 - ₹27,608.12 per month
