Sales Executive (Outdoor)

The ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to attentively understand the prospects" words, identify their pain points, and recognize the problems they want to solve. You should be a skilled researcher capable of gathering accurate information about competitors, market trends, current vendors, and potential clients. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to maintain relationships with agencies and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to manage profit margins for the company by identifying prospects, nurturing customer relationships, and finding opportunities to increase sales figures. Knowledge about the company portal and software is required, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other sales representatives and vertical teams. Maintaining a proactive attitude is essential to overcome rejections and complaints, and following up with clients and the operations team to close leads is a key aspect of the role. Promptly responding to client requirements, answering phone calls, and replying to messages in a timely manner are all part of the job. A two-wheeler license is mandatory for this position. This is a permanent position that requires at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the Travel and Tourism field. The work location is in person.
