Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to achieve sales goals through on-site client engagement, presenting innovative technology solutions, and building lasting business relationships. You will identify opportunities, deliver tailored proposals, and work closely with marketing and product teams to meet client needs in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Conduct on-site presentations and demos.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.Collaborate with marketing for lead generation.Monitor industry trends and competitors.Use CRM to track sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.Proven sales experience (IT & services preferred).Strong sales principles knowledge with target focus.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficient in CRM and sales tools.Willing to travel and work on-site.

Earnings & Hours:

₹10,000–₹25,000 (performance-based) + commissions & bonuses.10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Interview Questionnaire:

● Do you have a total of 2 years work experience?

● Do you have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Executive?

● Did you complete your graduation?

● Did sales designation work in the past?

● Do you have the last company documents? eg: Offer letter, Experience letter and Last 3 months Salary slips or Last 3 months Salary bank statements

● Are you a professional in English conversation?

● Are you familiar with it? tools like: HRMS, CRM, Sales Management?

● Are you able to take on surge work if required (short time/high target)?

● It is a target-based sales-executive work. Are you comfortable with target-based jobs?
