Job Title: Sales Executive (Security & Automation Solutions)

Job Summary:

Omnitech Automations Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive our business growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively identify and secure new projects and sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of security and building automation solutions, including Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), CCTV, Access Control, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

This is a field-intensive role for a motivated self-starter who excels at generating leads, building relationships, and converting inquiries into orders. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying potential clients, particularly in the new construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and visit new construction sites and commercial properties to generate inquiries for security and automation systems.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Meet with potential clients, including builders, contractors, and property owners, to understand their requirements and present our solutions effectively.
  • Generate new leads for the supply of materials as well as complete turnkey projects.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the industry.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in the security systems, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), or construction materials industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A confident and professional demeanor.
  • Mobility: This role requires local travel to meet clients and identify new project sites.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
