Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive with strong knowledge of jewellery products, showroom sales operations, and customer handling. The role requires expertise in jewellery stock management, scheme explanation, and delivering a premium in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete knowledge of jewellery stock inventory (item-wise and piece-wise)

Ensure proper jewellery display, counters, trays, and showcases as per showroom standards

Track availability of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery pieces

Assist customers with jewellery price estimates, weight details, making charges, and billing coordination

Promote and explain jewellery saving schemes (e.g., Gullak Scheme) clearly to customers

Handle walk-in jewellery customers with confidence and product knowledge

Maintain showroom grooming standards suitable for a luxury jewellery environment

Follow punctuality, attendance, and showroom discipline

Stay updated on new jewellery designs, collections, purity standards, and offers

Work closely with the jewellery sales team to achieve showroom sales targets

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong jewellery sales communication and customer-handling skills

Knowledge of gold rates, diamond basics, jewellery billing, and schemes

Attention to detail in jewellery handling and stock movement

Ability to manage high-value jewellery transactions

Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented approach

Experience & Education

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Mandatory experience in a Jewellery Showroom (Gold / Diamond / Silver)

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)
