Role Description

This full-time role as a Sales Manager is based on-site at our Noida office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include designing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and leading a dedicated team to achieve organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
Experience in client relationship management and customer service excellence
Good analytical and strategic planning skills for sales strategy development
Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
