🚀 We're Looking For FMCG Retail Sales Executive🤝
M&U is a skincare and beauty brand that focuses on creating Natural and effective skincare products. We're on the lookout for an FMCG Retail Sales Executive to partner with us in promoting our skincare and beauty products in offline stores and markets.
If you have a proven track record for the same and have a minimum experience of 3-5 years, we’d love to connect and explore.
📈 What we’re looking for:
• Onboard our skincare products into supermarkets and retail chains
• Build relationships with retail buyers and store managers
• Manage distributor and retailer coordination
• Plan and execute in-store promotions
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and branding
• Achieve sales targets and store coverage KPIs
Requirements:
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in FMCG/beauty/personal care retail sales
• Strong knowledge of modern trade.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel locally for market visits
