Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the civil construction industry? Do you excel at building relationships and closing deals? Allure Quartz Kitchen Sinks is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to expand our reach in Belagavi and the surrounding 150 km radius.
If you have over 2 years of proven sales experience in civil construction materials and are fluent in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, and English, we want to hear from you!
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Driving sales of Allure quartz kitchen sinks to builders, contractors, architects, and dealers.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Providing exceptional customer service.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2+ years of sales experience specifically in the civil construction sector.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential.
* Strong understanding of the Belagavi market and nearby cities.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
