Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Modern Trade

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing modern trade outlets to drive sales growth, ensure product availability, execute promotions, and enhance visibility in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned outlets
  • Ensure availability of core/focus SKUs and expand product coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers/purchase head
  • Coordinate with merchandisers for shelf management and FIFO
  • Take regular orders and monitor stock levels for timely replenishment
  • Submit daily reports: activity, sales, and stock movement

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate (Preferred: Business/Marketing)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/Experience in Modern Trade is a plus
  • Preference for male candidates in Calicut region
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Basic Excel & reporting knowledge
  • Local market familiarity
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets independently
  • Other: Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
