Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads of real estate builders and developers in Chennai. Fix appointments and conduct in-person/virtual meetings with decision-makers. Present marketing solutions and value proposition effectively. Negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close sales. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and campaign execution Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in real estate, advertising, or SaaS. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Pleasant personality and a professional, presentable demeanor. Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred. Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
