Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:

• Consult with candidates and provide them with the best possible service and guidance.
• Communicate effectively with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a strong sales perspective.
• Maintain continuous follow-up and update efficient daily/weekly reports.
• Develop and introduce new strategies to improve consultation and sales performance.
• Work with CRM software for data management and tracking (experience with CRM is a plus).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide accurate information to candidates.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/consultation is preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Schedule : Should be available for flexible work

N.B:-Freshers are eligible to apply.
Shift timing: 4:30pm to 2:00am / 1:00pm to 10:30pm

Location:Kalavath road , near NH Bypass, Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
