Sales Executive

Generate new business and manage existing clients for biomedical waste collection, treatment, and disposal services by promoting compliant, safe, and cost-effective waste management solutions in accordance with the Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, blood banks, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities.
• Promote biomedical waste collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal services.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare establishments to explain services and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Educate clients on BMW Rules, segregation norms, and statutory compliance.
• Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Support documentation for agreements, onboarding, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
• Diploma or certification in sales/marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in biomedical waste management, environmental services, healthcare, or facility management.
• Freshers with strong communication and field sales aptitude may also be considered.

Other Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
• Strong ethical approach and commitment to safety and compliance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016 (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,230.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
